Message	hanger and tried yanking as hard as I could upward. Nothing. Lock did not disengage. I could see that I was getting the right lever because when I did fully engage the lock from the inside, I was able to jimmy it open partially. Whatever is broken is beyond what these photographs tell... SO, is there anyone out there who knows how to get the door open without jacking up the interior??
